June 20th 2025 Update

We have just been informed of this information from the Argentinian father of one of the 2025 band members taken in to care in the UK. This is truely disturbing and heart wrenching to read but vindicates everything that those brave people who have publicly put information out on to social media platforms. If you were in any doubt that any of these stories were true, you may want to read these testimonies from the Argentinian familes affected by Mr Guzmán and his band of pirates!

Paso a contarles que soy el padre de un ex integrante de los OTS 2025 , en primer lugar quiero agradecer a las autoridades de Devon que intervinieron en el accidente de Tavistock por preocuparse y ocuparse de cuidar y proteger a los ocupantes de la camioneta siniestrada entre los cuales se encontraba mi hijo .A raíz de este hecho las autoridades al indagar a los ocupantes de la camioneta se dieron cuenta que la misma no contaba con la documentación necesaria para circular. Al tomar las declaraciones manifiestan que en tres días consecutivos habían dormido solamente 4 horas motivo mas que suficiente para este desenlace . esta falta de descanso se debia a que el Sr Nicolas Andres Guzman quien se hace llamar Capitan Nicholas Moffat los obligaba a trasladarse en las camionetas conducidas por los mismos musicos y sonidistas quienes estaban colapsados de cansancio y hambre , al momento del accidente hacia una semana que contaban como alimento (almuerzo , merienda y cena ) una bolsa de cereales sin azúcar , casi ya no contaban con dinero para comprarse su comida .En los lugares en los que tocaban ,que les brindaban algún alimento el Capitan (casi nunca presente pero si por teléfono)daba ordenes a su núcleo ( Patricio Manifessto , Lazaro Infante , Ignacio Camiroaga , Brisa Vigna ,Federico Montailbet ) quienes a los girtos exigían que desarmen rápido y carguen todo para Salir .En el momento del accidente ,mientras los integrantes involucrados en el accidente brindaban declaración a las autoridades el Sr Guzman por mensaje de celular decía NO ME LLAMEN NI MANDEN MENSAJES ESTOY MUY CANSADO , y se desligo de sus responsabilidades como persona responsable de Old Time Sailors .Este tormento no comienza el dia del accidente , durante la pre temporada llevada a cabo en Buenos Aires Argentina que es de donde son la mayoría del personal de OTS , los hostigaba con mas de 11 horas de ensayo , diciendo el y su núcleo que tenían que dar gracias a que estaban ensayando para pertenecer a OTS.Cuando mi hijo ingresa lo que le manifiestan es : del pago se va a hablar en forma personal antes de la salida , el pasaje de avión lo sacas vos y una vez en el Reino Unido te lo daremos porque ha pasado que lo pagamos y no viajaron , cada vez que mi hijo quiso hablar del tema se le decía “de eso no se habla” Tienen implementado un sistema de premios y castigos a través de una figurita como sistema monetario , con dicha figurita se tenia acceso a un paquete de snacks , galletitas una gaseosa o cerveza, pero LES DECIAN MIRA SI QUERES TENER PRIVILEGIOS NOS TENES QUE DECIR QUIEN LLEGA TARDE , QUIEN HABLA ALGO MAL ETC, en una palabra tenia que ser traidor para estar bien .cosa que mi hijo jamás accedió.Este mal trato se incremento una vez que tenían sus pasajes asegurados además de hacerles firmar un contrato que no podían abandonar el grupo lo que dura la gira de 6 meses e inhabilitarlos por 10 años a seguir su carrera de musico .Una vez llegados al Reino Unido se les Prohibio decir que eran Argentinos y les exigieron el cambio de pasaje para el mes de Octubre y ahí fue donde les dijeron ACA NO SE LE VA A PAGAR A NADIE , TIENEN COMIDA Y TECHO ESO ES MAS QUE SUFICIENTE , según sus palabras ,Sr GUZMAN , A USTED LE PARECE SUFICIENTE ALIMENTO UNA LATA DE ATUN , UN PAR DE HUEVOS DUROS , CUANDO PODIAN COMERLOS , DADO QUE HABIENDO UN INTEGRANTE VEGETARIANO. SUS COMPAÑEROS SE LO GUARDABAN PARA QUE NO LE FALTARA COMIDA , DORMIR POCAS HORAS Y EN LA RUTA AL QUERER BAÑARSE SE LO PROHIBIAN Y SE LOS CASTIGABAN QUITANDOLES ESA FIGURATA DE SISTEMA MONETARIO IMPUESTO.Como escribi al principio de esta carta solo tenemos mas que palabras de agradecimiento a todas las autoridades del Reino Unido , al Ejercito de Salvacion que cuidaron y protegieron a nuestro hijo , que ya esta devuelta en nuestro Hogar Esto es un breve resumen de lo que pasa dentro de OTS.

Fue muy inquietante enterarme de la experiencia que tuvo que vivir mi primo, siendo que él no me había contado nada estando allá para que no nos preocupemos. Adhiero por completo lo que escribió el padre de un miembro de este año en comentarios anteriores, la falta de alimentación por parte del capitán, alegando que nadie sabía más de nutrición que él y sugiriendo que no coman como comerían en Argentina, que estaban mal acostumbrados a comer 4 comidas por día. Sumado a las pocas horas de sueño, que en conjunto con una pésima alimentación es una mala combinación. De todo corazón, ojalá se termine con esto y a los chicos les puedan devolver tanto el dinero como la paz que perdieron por esta gente. Gracias por el espacio!0
