July 22nd Update
It's been a month or so since we had any updates on this group so here is some more information for all of those fans that still believe this is trial by social media or still quoting innocent until proven guilty. It's interesting how many of these people saying this are buddies of Guzmán such as individuals in Colwyn Bay or Pub owners in the West Country. So where is Mr Guzmán as he his wanted by the Police for arrest on Modern Day Slavery charges? Some Facebook Old Times Sailors fans have stated that he's not on the run as they had spoken to him the day before! If he were not on the run from the police, why would he not go to them to get this whole issue sorted so he could then make a formal statement prooving his innocence? In fact, we've been informed that 40 year old Mr Guzmán has left the country with his 20 year old girlfriend Brisa Vigna straight after a police raid where they had tried to find and arrest him. Maybe that's why
a man from Colwyn Bay (possibly Jon Serveas Mann) has also been arrested and bailed. We will have to wait and see. Allegedly, he was helped his loyal buddy Mad Dog Mike McRea.
How do we know he's back in Argentina? Here's a nice Picture of Andres Guzmán (aka Captain Nick Moffat) metaphorically speaking, sticking his middle finger up to the Police, the UK Border Force, all the hard working people of the UK (where he hasn't paid his band members or allegedly disclosed the real taxes on the revenue from his bands performances), his social media friends and his band. What a spineless, pathetic excuse of a man this is. He's an embarrasment to the male species and the honest hard working people of Argentina! Here's a map of where he is.
We've also come across a picture of an ex band member and friends protesting in Bristol. Well done all of you for fighting for justice to be served against Andres Guzmán, Katie Richards, Patricio Manifesto, Brisa Vigna, Lázaro Inante, Ignacio Pizarro and Frederico Montalibet for their alleged crimes. We're very hopeful that they will be charged with actual crimes but in the mean time, we invite all of them to make a statement of their innocence under their real names so that the OTS fans can be reassured that they are not guilty of being complicit with Modern Day Slavery charges and not paying the other members of the band for their employment.
An internet search on Andres Guzmán and Katie Richards names has found 4 companies publicly listed in UK Governments Companies House website that all appear to be linked to Andres Guzmán and Katie Richards by association of both their names and the company addresses. We're not suggesting that there's anything illegal about this but we truely hope that the end of year accounts of these companies are going to be accurately recorded so that the UK HMRC Tax and Revenue Inspectors can scrutinize them, should they want to.
Andres Dalke is known in the band as the accountant. AD Music seems to have changed it address from Newquay to Colwyn Bay.
We still patiently await and hope that the members of the band that were arrested and bailed, will be re-arrested and charged but we will have to wait and see what case the Police have built against them. When we have more information, we will update you again.
If anyone reading this still doesn't believe what they are reading and still believe this is a hate campaign because of a disgruntled ex band member, please read the posts on the Reddit page. Do you really think this many of ex band members of the Old Time Sailors would go to these lengths if there wasn't a REAL problem with Mr Guzmán.
