May 24th 2025 Update

As many of you will have seen, the Old Time Sailors have made comments about our posts regarding this website. It states………FAKE websites and ANONYMOUS , social media posts ARE SUPPOSEDLY TELLING THE TRUTH …but it’s an elaborate web of hate. It is DANGEROUS and highly illegal.

We couldn’t agree more Mr Guzmán. Employing people in your band and not paying them is highly illegal in the UK. We also note that your name or that of Katie Richards doesn’t appear on that post. So your post is also anonymous. Let’s do some fact checking as you state none has been carried out.

You state…..⁃ “the sad fact is a certain crew member parted ways with the band, and following this we received a very threatening email indicating what could BE MADE to happen if we did not do certain things. BUT we didn’t respond, and then suddenly it happened. Accusations, lies, horror stories and ruinous allegations”.

So lets take a look at this very threatening emails that you received from a member of the band that left because of the activities of certain individuals running the band.

We’ve been given access to these emails and we can state that you were politely emailed 2 times with an invoice and asking you (Mr Guzmán) to pay them for their services and flight costs. On the 3rd occasion, the father of the employee wrote to you and politely asked you to pay the invoice within 2 weeks. They also stated that failing to do so would result in them going to the authorities. Again, you choose not to answer the email or pay the invoice and the result was that they did go to the authorities as they promised they would. You were also sent 2 further requests for payment of the invoice, which you again ignored.

Do the fans of Old Time Sailors really consider this to be threatening heinous emails?

However Mr Guzmán, you did reply by text didn’t you. We also have a copy of this text. The following is the transcript of Mr Guzmán’s reply to this person;

“Please don’t contact me ever again. Your physical threats to our health and safety have been noted by both me and my father’s lawyers buffet in NY. Including your threats to a British single mother. It’s a big world out there, you seem to think you own it all, including every nation in the globe and their legal systems. My best wishes to you all”.

We think this very eloquently demonstrates the contempt in which Mr Guzmán regards the hard working British people.

Here’s a challenge for you Mr Guzman. We challenge you or Katie Richards to sign on to your FB group with your ID’s and answer the following questions;

1. Please provide the evidence of threats against a single British mother. Out of politeness and fear of embarrassment to the family concerned, we are not going to post those comments. Suffice to say that they were expressing their concerns and were hugely dissapointed that this person is complicit in these activities and could do this to other individuals. If you want to post the comments, feel free to do so.
   
   
2. Please state that you would stand in a British court of law, under oath and confirm that all the members of the band in the photograph above, were actually paid for their services to Old Time Sailors ltd.

We also have a challenge for all the fans on the Facebook Group and those attending any of their events in the coming days.

1. Please make a comment on the fan page asking them directly whether any of the allegations on this website are true. Please time how long it takes for your comment to be removed and for you to be removed from the FB group. We have lots of evidence of people being removed from this website when asking awkward questions.
   
   
2. Whilst filming these fantastic performers (and it is a great group but only made great by the musicians and performers in the band), film Andres Guzmán or Katie Richards and directly ask them to confirm that they have paid all of the band members in the picture on the truth teller website. Please send us any videos with this confirmation.
   
   
3. Ask the performers whether they have UK working visas or do they only have vacation visas.

What they are doing is called controlling the narrative. Basically this means they attack those who dare to question them about their morality, calling them liars and waging a hate campaign whilst all the time it is them that are the liars. They only allow positive comments on their website, anyone questioning their motives are immediately removed. Does any of these methods remind you of any narcissistic people in the world waging war against innocent people?

A message to all of those unsuspecting fans on the OTS Facebook group, making comments such as “I don’t care what they’ve done” - “don’t listen to these trolls” - “Its so sad when people feel the need to destroy something that is clearly good.” – “I was not aware that you have been receiving bad press from  clearly an upset former member of the band who obviously has an axe to grind.”

We specifically ask YOU people this….how would you feel if you were employed to perform as your main income to support your family, if you didn’t get paid every week or even after 6 months of 7 days a week work, you didn’t get a penny. Would you feel aggrieved or would you be happy and say hey that’s life! Would you be happy that the core members and Mr Guzman are all the while filling their pockets? We all think we know the answer to that one.

Here's the rub. The majority of these performers are Argentinian and are all here on vacation visas, not working visas. Hence the reason that they can’t take Mr Guzmán to court in this country but they are doing that in Argentina. There’s one exception to that and to that end, if anyone knows the address at which Mr Guzmán is residing in the UK, please inform us using our email address below or Contact the police on 101 quoting case number 50240216490. If you’re concerned about your confidentiality, rest assured that none of the information given will be put on this website or on any other social media posts.

So finally, some breaking news! Apparently Mr Guzmán and associates are going to do a charity gig at The Pig on The Hill, Bideford on the 15th June. The donations will go to human trafficking and modern day slavery charities! If this is true, it's absolutely laughable! Yet again, they are trying to portray themselves as the good guys! Please ensure that Mr Guzmán or Katie Richasrds provides you with proof as to where the money is going! You heard it here first! We can well imagine that once he finds out, he will probably deny all knowledge of this taking place. Please let us know what happens. Shockingly, 4 of the members of the band in the Pig on The Hill promotional picture are taking Mr Guzmán to court in Argentina. If you attend, see if you can spot the in the band. We can guarentee you won't!
